1. General Policy

Due to the nature of professional and service-based work, payments made to SAJ SOLUTION are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

Refund eligibility depends on the stage of the project and the specific service purchased.

2. Before Work Has Started

If you request cancellation before any work has begun, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, minus any administrative or processing fees.

3. After Work Has Started

Once work has started:

  • Refunds will not be issued for completed work.

  • If the project is partially completed, a partial refund may be issued at our sole discretion, based on the amount of work performed.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Custom or Digital Services

For custom, digital, or personalized services:

  • All sales are final once initial concepts, drafts, or deliverables have been provided.

  • Revisions will be handled according to the agreed project terms.

  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preference does not qualify for a refund once deliverables have been sent.

5. Client Delays or Non-Response

If a client fails to provide required information, feedback, or approvals within a reasonable timeframe:

  • The project may be paused or closed.

  • Refunds will not be issued due to client delays or inactivity.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without first contacting us:

  • We reserve the right to provide all relevant documentation to the payment processor.

  • Access to services may be immediately suspended.

  • Future services may be denied.

We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any issues.

7. Exceptions

Any exceptions to this Refund Policy must be agreed upon in writing and signed by both parties.
